Angela Hitchcock

Angela was born in Boston and grew up in San Diego. She is pursuing a B.S. in Biology with honors in Neurobiology at Stanford University. As an undergraduate researcher, her focus has been identifying caspase targets involved in the apopotic mechanism of neurodegeneration using genetic techniques. Angela’s other academic interests include health policy and global public health. She plans on obtaining a joint M.D./M.P.H. degree after undergrad.
